EDIT: I recommend politely calling them or emailing them if you have any issues. The service is amazing though you may need to just double check on them as I feel like they forgot to book a tritation appointment as once I asked, it was very quick. I do believe the staff are trying their best with the amount of work from speaking to them. I wish I could rate this service higher because I had a fantastic experience with assessment A & B and got a detailed report. It has been over 4 weeks since that point and I have heard nothing back for starting medication? This was a rediagnosis so I'm familiar with how life-changing medication can be so it's incredibly frustrating that they've suddenly dropped the ball at this point in the process. I understand that they must be busy but I am worried if I'm even on the list for starting due to nothing being booked and zero communication.
