Yes. Our private combined ADHD and autism service is available to adults living in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, as well as England. Assessments are delivered remotely through secure video consultation.

You will complete four assessment appointments: ADHD Part A and Part B, and autism Part A and Part B. The order will depend on which condition appears to be your primary presentation.

Following pre-assessment, a senior clinician will review your information and determine whether you should begin with the ADHD or autism pathway. You will still complete the full assessment process for both conditions.

Different specialist clinicians may undertake your Part A assessments. The same clinician will complete both Part B appointments, providing continuity and allowing the findings from both assessment pathways to be considered together.

No. We cannot guarantee a diagnosis. Depending on the clinical findings, you may receive a diagnosis of ADHD, autism, both conditions or neither condition. Diagnoses are only made where the relevant clinical criteria are met.

Yes, you are welcome to have a friend, family member, or supporter attend your assessment with you if this would help you feel more comfortable. They may be able to provide additional background information where appropriate. However, the assessment remains a clinical appointment and there may be times when the clinician needs to speak with you alone to ensure the assessment is thorough and accurate. This will always be explained sensitively during the appointment.
