Assessment and Outcome Package: £899

Assessment and Outcome Package
What’s included: You will first complete a detailed pre-assessment questionnaire, which will be carefully reviewed by our clinical triage team to ensure the service is appropriate for your needs. If suitable, you will then be invited to attend two comprehensive ASD assessment appointments with experienced clinicians. Assessment A lasts up to 2.5 hours, followed by Assessment B lasting up to 1.5 hours with a second clinician, allowing us to build a full picture of your experiences and ensure a robust, high-quality assessment process. Breaks can be taken throughout the assessments where needed to help ensure you feel comfortable and supported.

The assessments are designed to determine whether you meet the diagnostic criteria for Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and include a full diagnostic outcome, detailed clinical report, and personalised recommendations and signposting where appropriate.

Please note, a letter confirming your diagnosis, suitable for most purposes including Travel, University or Employment, is also included.

Optional Therapy and Ongoing Support
Following assessment, therapy and ongoing support can be tailored to the individual need of each patient. Our experienced clinicians take a personalised approach, recognising that every individual experiences Autism differently. A range of therapeutic approaches and support strategies may be recommended depending on the patients goals, challenges and preferences.

The service is amazing though you may need to just double check on them as I feel like they forgot to book a tritation appointment as once I asked, it was very quick. I do believe the staff are trying their best with the amount of work from speaking to them. I wish I could rate this service higher because I had a fantastic experience with assessment A & B and got a detailed report. It has been over 4 weeks since that point and I have heard nothing back for starting medication? This was a rediagnosis so I'm familiar with how life-changing medication can be so it's incredibly frustrating that they've suddenly dropped the ball at this point in the process. I understand that they must be busy but I am worried if I'm even on the list for starting due to nothing being booked and zero communication. I'm willing to change this rating if I hear back but until then, it's a mixed service.
