ADHD Assessment and Diagnosis

Pre-assessment, Assessment and Outcome Package: £795
ADHD Pre-assessment, Assessment and Outcome
What’s included: You will receive four pre-assessment questionnaires, which will be carefully reviewed by our clinical triage team to ensure the service is appropriate for your needs. If suitable, you will be invited to attend two comprehensive assessment appointments with qualified clinicians. These assessments are designed to determine whether you meet the diagnostic criteria for ADHD, and include a full diagnostic outcome, detailed clinical report, and personalised treatment recommendations.

Please note, a letter confirming your diagnosis or treatment, suitable for most purposes (for Travel, University, or Employment) is also included.

Medication Titration Package: £400

ADHD Medication Titration and Prescribing Support
What’s included: One initial titration appointment and two follow up appointments with a specialist prescribing clinician to safely initiate and optimise your ADHD medication. Your clinician will assess suitability for medication, issue private prescriptions where clinically appropriate, and carefully monitor your response to treatments across the three scheduled titration appointments.

This medication titration package is available to patients who have completed a private ADHD assessment with HealthHarmonie Minds.

Please note that medication costs are not included and are payable separately.

This service is available to patients diagnosed with ADHD by HealthHarmonie Minds or another suitable qualified provider, subject to clinical review.

Therapy: £110

ADHD Therapy
What’s included: Each personalised support session can last up to sixty minutes with an experienced clinician, providing dedicated time to better understand ADHD, explore individual strengths and challenges, and develop practical, evidence-based strategies to support focus, organisation, emotional regulation, day-to-day functioning and wider personal or professional life where appropriate.

Electrocardiogram (ECG): £200

ECG (Heart Tracing)
What’s included: Required in some cases to ensure medication can be prescribed safely.

Follow-up Review Appointment: £120

Follow-up ADHD Review Appointment
What’s included: A twenty minute specialist review of your treatment and progress providing additional clinical support when needed and ensuring your care remains appropriate and effective.

Extended Follow-up Review Appointment (if required): £240
Extended ADHD Review Appointment – if required
What’s included: A forty minute specialist review of your treatment and progress, providing extended time for additional clinical support, where required or where a longer consultation is clinically appropriate – for example, during periods of increased academic, professional, or personal demand. Your clinician will advise you if and when a longer review appointment is clinically appropriate.
Annual Review Appointment: £240
Annual ADHD Review Appointment
What’s included: A specialist clinical review required for patients receiving ongoing ADHD medication, to ensure treatment remains safe, effective, and clinically appropriate.
Annual reviews may be required if you continue to receive private prescriptions through HealthHarmonie Minds, including where shared care prescribing is not available or has not been agreed by your GP.

Please note, if you continue to attend regular follow up appointments with HealthHarmonie Minds, an annual review may not be required, as your treatment and progress will already be monitored as part of your ongoing care.

Supporting Letters and Documentation, if required: £50

Detailed Supporting Letter (Travel, University, or Employment)
What’s included: A more comprehensive report providing detailed clinical information where required.

Please note a standard supporting letter is included within the Pre-assessment, Assessment and Outcome Package.

Not sure where to start?

If you think you or your child may have ADHD, or you’re exploring whether Autism may explain some of your experiences, our online screening tools can help you understand the signs and decide whether to seek a professional assessment.
While these screeners are not a diagnosis, they can provide helpful insight and guidance on possible next steps.
If you require urgent mental health support, please contact your GP, NHS 111, or emergency services.

Our clinicians follow established diagnostic and prescribing guidelines to ensure safe and appropriate care. Not all patients assessed will be diagnosed with ADHD or be suitable for medication. Your clinician will explain appropriate treatment options based on your individual assessment.

Patients with an existing ADHD diagnosis may be able to access medication titration or psychological support, subject to clinical review.
